楽曲使用に関するお問い合わせを数多く頂いております。
対応しきれない程たくさんの問い合わせを頂いている為、ガイドラインを作成致しました。
ガイドラインに則って頂ければ、許諾なしで使用できる場合がございます。
【NOMA製作楽曲使用のガイドライン】2020年7月26日 更新
・非正規に入手した音源の使用は禁じます。(公式の販売や頒布CDを利用ください)
・当方制作楽曲の無許可の販売行為を禁じます。
・「共同制作楽曲」「Brain Powerを除く特定団体に提供する為に制作した曲」の使用も使用不可とします。
・個人によるBGMとしての使用・DJやLIVE・演奏等の使用は創作性の付与を原則とし許可取りは不要です。
・収益に関わらす楽曲を二次創作ゲームに使用することは許可は致しません。
・企業又は個人制作のゲームなどに使用する場合個々に打診しますので下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

【NOMA’s SONG USAGE GUIDELINES】26/7/2020 update
・Absolutely forbid the use of ILLEGAL SOUND SOURCES.
・Not allowed to sell songs illegally.
・[Collaborative music] & [Songs offered to companies other than “Brain Power”] prohibit the use of these.
・”Use as BGM, use of DJs, LIVE PERFORMANCES”,Allow this to the public.
・Not allow music to be used in second-generation games ,This doesn’t matter if you make a profit or not.
・Please email if you use it for corporate or personal games.
